AI applications & operations consulting

We build the software, and we tell you the truth about it.

Endgame Holdings is a two-partner firm. We build AI applications for businesses and advise on where AI actually earns its keep in an operation. Small on purpose: you talk to the people doing the work.

What we do

Two offerings, and they support each other.

Consulting without building becomes a slide deck. Building without the operational read produces software nobody asked for. We do both, usually in that order.

01

AI App Development

Software that does a specific job for your business, built to be used on a Tuesday morning by the person who actually has the problem.

  • Internal tools that replace spreadsheets, inboxes and copy-paste
  • Customer-facing applications with AI doing the part that used to need a person
  • Document, intake and review pipelines that run without supervision

02

AI Business Consulting

A clear-eyed read on where AI genuinely helps your operation, and where it would just be an expensive way to do what you already do.

  • Operational review: where time and money actually go
  • A shortlist of changes ranked by payback, not by novelty
  • Build, buy or leave-alone recommendations with real numbers

How it goes

No discovery phase that bills for four months.

We are two people. The overhead you would be paying for at a larger shop does not exist here, and neither does the incentive to make the project bigger than it needs to be.

  1. Tell us what is going on

A short interview about the work, not the technology. Fifteen minutes, in your own words. We would rather hear "the invoices take three days" than a feature request.

  2. We come back with a read

What we think is really happening, what we would do about it, what it would cost, and what we would not bother doing. If there is nothing here worth building, we say so.

  3. A first working piece, quickly

Something real and narrow, in front of your people early enough to still change our minds. Scope grows from what works, not from what was in the proposal.

  4. Handover that actually hands over

Documentation your team can follow, access they control, and a plain answer to "what happens if you two get hit by a bus".

Tell us about your project.

A short interview — it asks about your business, then follows up on what you actually said. Ten minutes, and you will get a real answer back from a person.
